Pricing information for the blingged-out device, which will be available globally on Thursday, was not released.
The Motorola D&G fashion phone has the same features as other Razr V3i models: Bluetooth, a 1.23-megapixel camera, video capture and playback, and iTunes software.
Motorola launched a limited-edition Dolce & Gabbana phone in gold and black last December.
In conjunction with the latest phone, Motorola and D&G are offering a line of D&G phone accessories, including a gold leather phone case, a gold H700 Bluetooth headset, and gold wired stereo headphones with a gold on-wire volume control. These accessories can be purchased on their own.
For those truly seeking "status" in a cell phone, the D&G V3i, as well as all its matching accessories, are emblazoned with the D&G logo.
The phone will be available at select Dolce & Gabbana boutiques and all major Motorola stockists, according to Motorola. A call to a New York D&G boutique on Thursday revealed that the phones were not actually in yet. The store was, however, already taking down names for when the phone arrives.
Motorola has credited the popularity of its Razr model phones for much of its 60.6 percent earnings gain in the last quarter.
