Apple Computer and Adobe Systems are offering Power Mac and PowerBook buyers the option of buying a number of Adobe's graphics programs for $899, a $1,000 savings. The Adobe Design Collection package includes Adobe's InDesign 2.0, Illustrator 10, Acrobat 5.0 and Photoshop 6.0. Buyers will be able to upgrade to version 7.0 of Photoshop--which is compatible with Mac OS X--when it becomes available. The promotion, which kicked off this week, runs through the end of August. --Ian Fried, Special to ZDNet News
