News Corp.'s Fox Interactive Media said on Wednesday it will develop and manage Web sites of Fox television station affiliates. The division of News Corp. that also controls popular Internet social network MySpace struck the deal with the Fox affiliate Board of Governors, a group that represents over 160 local Fox affiliate television stations that News Corp. does not own.

These stations will use custom developed "MyFOX" sites, which are currently used by News Corp.'s 24 owned and operated TV stations, the company said. In February, Fox Interactive Media struck a deal to offer streaming video of its shows such as 24 and Hell's Kitchen and online retail services to its TV affiliate stations group.
