Hewlett-Packard said it agreed to acquire Israel-based NUR Macroprinters, a maker of industrial wide-format digital inkjet printers, for $117.5 million.
HP already offers an ink-based technology, HP Edgeline, that can be built into high-end printers for the business market. That technology was announced in late 2006 and launched in the spring of this year.
