>> Now, you're in the middle of your 5 year plan. What do you see as your biggest challenge is finishing up the next few years?

>> Some of our challenges have been and one of the things we did, again, when we were able to take a step back is in order to be innovative and really adoptive as a company we have a culture change within our company that has to evolve over time. The company hasn't had huge major investments in technology until recently and we need to do those rapidly. So we took a step back and said what type of culture do we need to develop and how do we help or align people maybe who haven't used computers in their trucks, who haven't used hand-held devices. How do we train them? Do they have keyboarding skills? So from a cultural perspective and just making the organization be ready for change and ready for innovation adopting that technology, that was some of the investments we started to make earlier on that we're seeing the pay back now. And we continue to look for ways to really look ahead and say how do we support our employees as they go through these changes.
