There were plenty of cell phones announced at this year's show, but most of the excitement centered on software applications and the virtual store fronts from RIM and Microsoft that are popping up to distribute these new applications.

Matthew Miller: Opera Mobile is the best web browser currently available for Windows Mobile devices and looks to be getting even better with Opera Turbo and Presto 2.2 rendering engine.
